PRINCIPAL UX ARCHITECT

HYBRID | Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Principal UX Architect who has experience across the automotive, digital retail, e-commerce, and/or finance industries. This key member will work hands-on to architect the UX design and set the future vision for the company; while leveraging state-of-the art software to connect lenders, customers, and their nationwide network of dealers.

Architect and lead the execution of an enterprise-wide UX vision for the company.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle lead UX design experience within the automotive, digital retail, e-commerce, fintech sectors (or combination therein).

• Proven cross-functional exposure across the following domains: UX Strategy, Service Design, Product Design, and UI/UX Design domains.

• Experience building and deploying a company’s UX Design vision for the future within a start-up environment.

• Proven ability to conduct research, design, test, and deploy a product with the following elements in mind: customer experience, information architecture, content and product strategy, visual design, and interaction design.

• Sound command of user centric design methodologies; capable of innovating, understanding users (via research), defining interactions (via use cases), designing the UI (evaluating iterative prototypes), and developing the content and product (via validation).

• Capable of justifying UX design decisions based on data and analytics: A change agent capable of answering the “Why?”

• Designed and developed the company style guidelines (reusability, styling, etc.).

• Well versed in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and applications therein.

• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
